Payment and Shipping
Postage costs
We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed on working days before 2:00 PM If your order is shipped the same day, we try to ship it the same day. However, we're not always able to meet this deadline; sometimes products are not immediately in stock, and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. We also depend on the delivery service (PostNL). An estimated delivery time is shown on the product page. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.
The listed prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are:
- €6.95 (NL & BE) for orders under €100.
- Free for orders over €100. (NL & BE)
- In Germany the shipping costs are €12.95.
Delivery is handled by PostNL's mail carrier or parcel delivery person. Delivery will generally take place the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the delivery time; this is up to PostNL.

iDEAL
